The theme of this highly-interactive retreat is “Developing and Sustaining a Multicultural Vision for Implementing Transformational Change on Diversity” and has the following objectives:

  1. To increase top-level support and commitment to diversity in your organization, college, business, etc.
  2. To collaborate on a multicultural vision that will drive strategic and operational planning for change.
